Who will process my payment? Is it safe
We use Stripe to handle all our payments. Stripe was founded in 2010 and is trusted by millions of companies to handle payment, including Lyft and Shopify. We have no access to your credit card number and we do not store any financial information on our server. You can shop with confidence.
How are Subscription Credits different from Forever Credits?
Our credit system works just like your mobile phone plan. A Subscription Plan is like a monthly contract where you receive a fixed amount of credits per month. Forever Credits is like a store-value SIM card where you top-up your card and credits are reduced for every service used.
If you run out of Subscription Credits, you may buy a few Forever Credits to keep running until the next Reload Date of your subscription.
We are better than your phone company in two ways: 1) Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of your billing period, and 2) Our Forever Credits never expire and have no monthly fee.

Can I upgrade my Subscription?
Yes! Login and click on the Upgrade Button on this page. We use Stripe proration so you only pay the difference for the remaining days of your billing period — no double charging, no manual refunds.
How am I billed for my subscription and how to cancel?
You are charged immediately when you subscribe and on the first day of each billing cycle. Go to your Account Page to see the next charge date and cancel there. When you cancel, your subscription is scheduled to end at the close of the current billing period — you keep full access until then. You may resume the subscription any time before that date. All charges already paid are non-refundable.
If I change to Subscription, will I waste my Forever Credits?
Certainly not! For every transaction, we reduce Subscription Credits first. When you run out of Subscription Credits, we reduce the Promotion Credits next and when that run out, we reduce Forever Credits.

Yes! Unlike other providers, we do not require you to pay every month. Forever Credits will be usable for as long as we are in business, this means you can use the same credits for all the new features we add every month. Buy once and come back any time!
